We tried to provide and cover all questions you’ve submitted.

Q1. Are you considering to release a blockchain explorer for BOScoin?

 

Q2. Is Andriod app wallet secure?

  • Technically, Yes. It is much more secure compared to the current Web Wallet, but also compared to other App wallets. We’ve used a method that protects the private keys, the memonic.

 

Q3. I want to run a BOS node and I read about homomorphic encryption.

  • The details on how to run node will be announced before MainNet launch.

 

Q4. Does it require expensive tech for the members to verify their identity?

  • Yes, it needs enormous computing power and resources to accomplish that in theory. Our dev team and KoSAC is trying to develop the easier way, less computing power and resources to optimize the homomorphic encryption methods.

 

Q5. Will the Web Wallet and Android App Wallet integrate or sink to each other?

  • No, they will not sink or integrate with each other, but they use the same TokenNet network.

 

Q6. How is called the lowest BOS decimal, if it has a name? (I mean like 0.00000001 BTC = 1 satoshi)

  • As we know, the name of basic unit of BOScoin is BOS. There is something not well known, that is GON. GON is the sub unit of BOS.
  • 0.0000001 BOS = 1 GON (7 decimals)

Q1. 최근에 Bosradar.com이 멈췄습니다. 자체 익스플로러를 만들 생각이 있는지 궁금합니다.

  • 아쉽게도 community에서 시작되어 운영되던 Bosradar가 알 수 없는 이유로 서비스가 중단되었어요. 앞으로 Bosradar가 다시 서비스가 되든 되지 않던 공식적인 explorer를 제공해야하는 더 분명한 이유가 생겼기 때문에 개발팀의 노력으로 Bosradar 중단된 직후 새로운 explorer 서비스를 오픈했어요. https://explorer.boscoin.io 를 앞으로 사용해주세요.

 

Q2. Android app wallet은 안전한가요?

  • 기술적으로 엄격한 의미에서 바라본다면, 여전히 안전하다고 장담할 수는 없을 것 같아요. 대신 지금의 웹 지갑과 다른 Cryptocurrency Mobile Wallet 들을 포함해서 생각해볼 때 조금 더 안전하다고 말씀드릴 수 있어요. 지금까지 흔히 사용되던 Secret seed(Private key)나 Memonic 등을 한번더 Password를 사용해서 보호하는 방식을 사용했어요.

 

Q5. Web wallet과 Andriod app wallet이 서로 연동되나요? 독립적인가요?

  • Web Wallet에서 만든 Account를 Android App Wallet에 가져와서 사용 할 수 있습니다.
  • 서로 같은 토큰넷을 사용한다는 점 외에는 독립적이라고 말씀드릴 수 있어요.
