Operating system for node

Scott,

I read in closed topic that we will only be allowed to run a node in testnet with only linux and apple? So there isn’t any way to run window will there be support for windows?

Linux and Mac supported.

The team uses linux for their servers on aws and everyone here has a mac. Windows is expected to be available later just not at testnet launch.

I have Windows 10, does that mean I can’t run a node in a cloud during testnet?

This is about the operating system running the program. If you are running at digial ocean or AWS select Ubuntu Linux.

If you want to run Testnet on your local machine then you need a mac or linux system
