I entered my seed but wallet did not open. What should I do?
Opening Boscoin wallet
You must have a minimum balance of 0.1 BOS to make it a valid account. If the account does not have at least 0.1 BOS, the account information will not be registered into the blockchain and you won’t be able to log into your account with your secret seed. Your account will work once the team has sent your BOScoins to your account, as it will contain more than 0.1 BOS at that point.

Hi-
I am a bit confused by this process. My dashboard says that I have tokens. I have located them in the wallet that I have generated. My private seed will not access them. I was told by support that the private seed should not have any #2s in it. Mine does. Furthermore, when I checked another random seed from the seed generator, it has #2s as well. What am I missing?
Thanks.
You need to ignore the dashboard, the dashboard isn’t linked to the blockchain. The coins in your wallet is what counts. The dashboard only represents the amount of token you will receive once you claim them.
The secret seed would work, if it’s entered correctly. I did make a mistake, and 0, 1, and 9 aren’t included in any secret seed or pubic address because zero can be confused with letter O. one can be confused with the letter I, and lower case nine can be confused with the letter “g”. Makes sense I’m sure.
Is it the case that a wrong passcode entered will generate a message that says that it is incorrect, or does the field remain unchanged until the correct seed is entered? Also, is it possible that Mac OS is experiencing some problems that other OSs aren’t?
Thanks.
