It’s all about BOSNet (MainNET). Roadmap called for it to be finished long ago. Exchanges are less important in the short term. Why the delays (especially when the groundwork is already laid by Stellar?) Are you sinking significant amounts of the BTC generated during the ICO into development to get it done and soon?
Ask Me Anything! (regarding development)
In my opinion, purse security is the most important problem. The system is too fragile right now. You will be hacked after you register the exchange. How can I keep my keys safe? I lost a lot of money hacking in myetherwallet. So it’s scary. Is there anything you can do?
How we can check that confirmation rewards are distributed in fair way?
Are rewards proportionally to count of coins?
For example: if after year the number of boscoins will double:
- the owner of 40K coins will revceive the next 40K coins,
- the owner of 80K coins will revceive the next 80K coins,
- …
Or maby algorithm prefer give rewards to the richest, poorest, middle-classs or devs ?
Is it transparent? How we can check it? Maby source code, maby txt history? I don’t know, so please answer.
As answered in Slack, you can check the white paper on page 12 and 13 for the reward calculation formulas.
In a nutshell:
- Freezing rewards are based upon the amount of frozen BOS that you own and the amount of frozen BOS across all wallet accounts
- Confirmation rewards are based upon the amount of frozen BOS that you own, the amount of frozen BOS across all node accounts and the amount of nodes in the network
- Transaction rewards are based upon the amount of transactions and amount of nodes within the network
Your rewards will increase if you freeze more and more units, but might decrease as more nodes enter the network. The rewards will decrease naturally over time as well: 5% per year for freezing rewards and 6.31% per year for confirmation rewards. So if you just keep freezing the same amount of units, then you will get less and less rewards over time. Once the MainNet is launched, we will have some figures to work with in the calculations and we will know for sure how many rewards one gets.
The source code will be released once the MainNet is launched, so you could then check if the formulas are implemented as described in the white paper.
Hi, are you going to get ledger nano s integrated in your web wallet? i think is a good point for people scared about store secret seeds, stellar arready integrated so i think will be a great boscoin update.
Documentation on OWL + TAL development to help developers to build DApps based on the Blockchain OS in order to start make good use of BOScoin. This would be good to have together with samples/snippets of code.
if we have great ideas yet we are unable or unwilling to put the proposal together will there be a place where those ideas are kept for others to take on who have the ability in coding etc?
How much fund have been spent on stellar Token/ genesis / dApp ?
We do not know how our investments are spent.
What makes BOScoins API and wallet so special that KuCoin has unusual difficulties to integrate it?
Will other exchanges have the same difficulties with our API and wallet?
Could be very good … but the team is not talking to us … so … Imho i do not think they will share theire status
on trello …
From Kucoin announcement: https://news.kucoin.com/en/announcement-about-boscoin-listing-on-kucoin/
BosCoin and KuCoin are currently working together to resolve the issue.
What the issue? BosCoin tokennet or Kucoin?

please clarify what is currently in the pipeline and how the development of mainnet is going
[10:15]
on a relative scale from 1/10, what would you rate it at
peekee [10:15 AM]
ok but then what is the reason they are not publishing more [technical details]?
